Homes2Inspire is recruiting a Residential Youth Support Worker to join our established residential home in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. You will support a young man with his emotional behaviours, time-management and day-to-day mental health, building trust and resilience.

This frontline role offers a clear pay progression, sleep-in duties, and opportunities for professional development including potential QCF Level 3 qualification. A dedicated and compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-ins + overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support a young person with emotional behaviours, time-management and day-to-day mental health in a traumainformed setting.
• Assist with school routines, motivation and daily activities while promoting safety and wellbeing.
