Qualifications

• QCF Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Experience supporting vulnerable young people in a residential setting
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting and mentoring Support Workers and Waking Night staff
• Building strong, trusting relationships with young people
• Promoting best practice and professional development across the team
• Organising meaningful activities that promote joy, learning and growth
• Maintaining high standards of documentation and safeguarding
