Zusammenfassung

Aberlour Child Care Trust is seeking a part-time Young People\'s Worker for the Options Fife Continuing Care service to support young people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting.

The role involves enabling, person-centred support, helping with daily living and care plan goals, and working a sleepover rota across two 12.5‑hour shifts per week. PVG check is required. Training opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• SCQF level 7 or above relevant professional qualification, such as SVQ3 Care plus an HNC, or willingness to work towards one
• Relevant experience of working with children or young people
• PVG Scheme check

Aufgaben

• Provide enabling, person-centred support to young people in their daily living
• Deliver the highest level of physical and emotional care
• Help young people work towards goals in their care plans
• Support young people within the local community
• Work the residential rota, including sleepovers
