Bruton Knowles is seeking a MRICS/FRICS Chartered Surveyor at Associate/Senior level to join its National Valuation Team in the West Midlands. The role involves Red Book valuations for loan security, with remote or hybrid options, supporting a busy national team across England and the Midlands.

Qualifications

• MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
• 2 years PQE valuation experience. Those close to this criteria would be considered.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Red Book valuations for secured lending and accounting purposes.
• Fee Earner - maximise fee income.
• Maximising efficiency and profitability of work for the team.
• Supporting the team in providing high quality valuation advice to clients.
• Helping to secure business opportunities from client development for the company.
