Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is recruiting for a Residential Team Leader to support Children and Young People in our homes across the UK. The role involves leading a team of Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Shifts include long hours with essential sleep-ins; you will work on a rota basis, with two to three shifts per week and benefits such as pension, progression opportunities, and an enhanced DBS funded by Cambian.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for children and young people
• Ability to plan rotas and support management
• Calm, empathetic and reliable under pressure

Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
• Plan team rotas to support Deputy and home manager
• Assist in implementation of the Statement of Purpose
• Supervise in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Manager
• Welcome a diverse culture in the home
• Create a safe, family environment for the children
