The Cambian Group is seeking a Residential Team Leader to join one of its children’s homes in the UK. You will lead a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding in line with Ofsted regulations.

You will manage rotas, support senior staff, and contribute to a safe, family-centered environment for children and young people. DBS clearance is provided, and induction is paid. The role requires flexibility for shift patterns across 365 days.

• Demonstrates leadership and compassion in a residential care setting.
• Able to supervise and support the care team in line with Ofsted expectations.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to shift patterns.
• Committed to creating a safe, family-like environment for children and young people.

Responsabilités

• Meet the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments.
• Assist the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose.
• Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager.
• Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager.
• Welcome a diverse culture in the home and nurture a positive environment for the children.
