Job summary

Shaw healthcare in Llwyn Teg, Llanfyllin is seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to guide a care team delivering person-centred residential and dementia care. You will lead by example, ensure safe practice and motivate staff to maintain high standards every shift.

We welcome compassionate leaders with experience in residential care and an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care settings.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Promote best practice at all times.
• Safely administer and record medication according to policies.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and report concerns promptly.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
