Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working within residential care for older people.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Previous experience leading or mentoring colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Promoting best practice at all times.
• Safely administering and recording medication in line with company policies.
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation.
