Residential Surveyor Home-Based Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

The Work

You will perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Mortgage valuations
• RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys
• Red Book valuations
• Disrepair reports

There is a good mix of private client and lender work, making your day varied and rewarding.

What We’re Looking For

• MRICS or FRICS qualification (AssocRICS considered if close)
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of residential valuation and survey tools (Quest, GoReport, RightMove tools, BCIS, etc.)
• A collaborative mindset and enjoyment in building client relationships
• Experience in party wall awards, project management, or development appraisals is a plus
