Job Description

• Conduct professional work for clients, ensuring all reporting requirements are met within deadlines and in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards.
• Ensure work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards.
• Develop direct client relationships and contribute to activities and events organized by the department and Bristol office.
• Self-generate fee income (target to be agreed) and work diligently to meet team and Business Group targets.
• Seek opportunities to develop new business, including cross-selling and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• MRICS Qualified
• Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
• Good market knowledge required
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Ideally possess a relevant qualification and be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (or about to become a member)
