We are currently recruiting Chartered Valuation Surveyors across the UK. You will be home-based and will form part of an area team of residential surveyors. Individuals will be required to undertake mortgage valuations and HomeBuyer inspections on a wide range of residential property types and styles.

Your role will see you take ownership of a postal patch that suits you, covering Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers Reports at an average of 5.5 points per day.

You will:

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of customers, and partners.

Demonstrate strong analytical and judgement skills by interpreting a range of evidence to provide relevant advice, and reach sound conclusions.

Have relevant experience of the commercial and economic environment.

Hold a full driving licence.
