At KFH, our Survey department is based in Wimbledon, but this is a remote role with requirements to travel for surveys and valuations.

You will report to our Head of Survey.

Responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor include:

1. Producing accurate, high-quality valuation reports for lenders and private clients
2. Maintaining strong market knowledge and staying updated on market changes
3. Adhering to RICS regulatory requirements and staying informed of any updates, including those in respect of the Red Book
4. Understanding company policies and procedures, including Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
5. Providing excellent customer service
