We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland, offering nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains, and the mortgage network PRIMIS. Our clients include lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the increasing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK’s leading lenders. Our extensive network allows us to offer comprehensive postcode coverage, reducing travel time and increasing survey capacity.

About You:

You should be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
