Job Opportunity: Residential Surveyor

e.surv Chartered Surveyors, established in 1989, is the UK's leading residential surveyor and a major provider of property risk expertise and surveying services. We conduct over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing more than 600 surveyors across the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland, offering extensive nationwide coverage with local expertise.

Position: RICS Accredited Residential Surveyor

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the increasing volume of Mortgage Valuation work trusted by the UK’s leading lenders. Our extensive network allows us to offer the most comprehensive postcode coverage among corporate brands, minimizing travel time and maximizing survey capacity.

Candidate Requirements

You must be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
