Employed or Consultancy basis role on a part-time or full-time basis

Are you a Surveyor looking to join a growing independent Chartered Surveying practice that can offer growth and strong earning potential? If yes, then we might have the position for you!

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients who act as both consultants and surveyors offering a full range of surveying and valuation works, are currently looking to add to their team in Suffolk. They are open to experience, however, AssocRICS qualifications and a minimum of 2 years in the industry are essential.

Working hours:

• As a Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday for an employed role. Consultancy work is available on a part-time basis.
• Remote working

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

• Employed basis: £50,000 - £60,000 basic + commission structure offering £80,000 - £90,000 OTE per annum.
• Consultancy basis: 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor.
• Professional fees paid.
• Mileage paid for those who have their own car.
• Car allowance is negotiable.

Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Surveyor — ideally general practice surveyor but open to residential surveying experience.
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified.
• UK driving license.
• Ideally access to own car.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
