Job description

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for Residential Surveyors across London to join their team. This is a remote-based role with a requirement to carry out Level 3 Surveys Our clients offer a bespoke, quality service with a variety of benefits, working in an energetic and professional team.

Working hours:

• As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday
• Remote working

Our client is offering the successfulResidential Surveyor:

• Basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000per annum
• 10% commission on fees
• £70,000 - £100,000 OTE
• Car Allowance
• Healthcare
• 25 days plus bank holidays

Residential Surveyorrequirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Hungry and Ambitious
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
