Keys Group is seeking a live-in care role focused on activity-based support for young people aged 8-18. You will live on-site during your 4-working-days cycle, with accommodation and meals provided, and will help young people build resilience through adventure-based activities such as climbing, kayaking, and hiking.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, relationship-building, and teaching life skills, with safeguarding processes and a Full UK Driving Licence required.
Live-in role: 4 days on, 8 off (averaging 39 hours per week over the month). About Keys Group Activity & Intervention: This is not your typical care role. You'll be based in a specialist residential setting where you live on-site during your 4 working days (with accommodation and meals provided). You'll support young people aged 8-18, helping them move away from challenging situations and develop positive routines, confidence, and independence. Our programme combines care with adventure - from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking. You'll play a key role in transforming lives, helping young people build resilience and create lasting positive change in a supportive, close-knit environment.
