Keys Group is seeking a live-in care and intervention worker to work a 4 on / 7 off pattern in a specialist residential setting, based on site with accommodation and meals provided. You will support young people aged 8-18, helping them build routines, confidence and independence through adventure-based activities.
The role emphasises trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and strong relationship building, with funded qualifications and clear career progression.
Live-in role: 4 days on, 8 off (averaging 39 hours per week over the month). About Keys Group Activity & Intervention: This is not your typical care role. You'll be based in a specialist residential setting where you live on-site during your 4 working days (with accommodation and meals provided). You'll support young people aged 8-18, helping them move away from challenging situations and develop positive routines, confidence, and independence. Our programme combines care with adventure - from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking. You'll play a key role in transforming lives, helping young people build resilience and create lasting positive change in a supportive, close-knit environment.
