Job summary

ionic Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker for a children's home in Burton-upon-Trent. You will support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, helping them build confidence and life skills in a structured, caring environment.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,000–£29,000 with paid sleep-in shifts (OTE £30,000+), full training, funded qualifications and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous residential care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to stay calm, patient and resilient in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and nurturing skills.
