360 Children's Residential Services is opening Willowhaven, a new children's home near Darlington, providing trauma-informed care to up to two young people aged 4–17. The role centres on creating a safe, nurturing home environment and enabling personalised care tailored to each child.

We offer a supportive team, progression opportunities, and enhanced pay for overtime and festival periods, with a focus on safeguarding and high-quality practice from day one.

Qualificações

• Experience in children's residential care preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential and access to a car preferred.
• Willingness to work a varied rota including evenings and sleep-ins.

Responsabilidades

• Being a positive, grounding influence for young people.
• Building meaningful relationships based on trust.
• Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement.
• Championing safeguarding and positive practice.
• Working as part of a supportive, reflective team.
• Flexible with working days to meet home needs, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
