We are looking for a Full-Time Male Support Worker to join us! Due to the needs of our service, we feel Male Support Workers are needed to best support our young people.

Cambian Pengwern College is a 52-week placement provision with a proud and successful tradition of supporting students aged 16 – 25 with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, including some challenging behaviours. Our goal is to help them gain valuable life skills, qualifications, and confidence to support their journey towards independence. The Head of College and our dedicated team recognize this success and aim to expand the opportunities for a wider range of young people and adults as part of ongoing development across the college.
