Role:
  • Working from several supported living services in Winsford/Northwich.
  • Permanent role, supporting male & female service users.
  • Working as part of a small team or on a 1:1 basis

Based in a hub of services in Winsford, you will have access to lots of support and training from experienced colleagues and managers. They will help you to achieve a rewarding and fulfilling career, supporting vulnerable adults to live happy and meaningful lives. You will help those you support to learn valuable life skills by doing things such as going shopping, helping them to cook their meals, or attending activities such as the cinema or bowling. Without you, they would not be able to live an independent and enriched life and so you get to feel great about the care you provide and go home feeling that you have made a difference to someone’s life.

For the majority of our roles, no experience is required. If you are a caring, compassionate, and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must reside in the UK and, unless applying for a bank, be eligible to work in a full-time permanent role. We are unable to provide sponsorship.

  • You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
  • You will have access to lots of support from great managers and the opportunity to complete an NVQ
  • Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees before external recruitment.
  • You will generally work in the same house on each shift.
  • There is generally no traveling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
