Job summary

Keys Care in Bromsgrove is seeking a Female Support Worker for 35 hours per week to join our residential service. You will be involved in day-to-day support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping with daily routines, personal care, and activities to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License - Essential.
• Female role due to genuine occupational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Promote independence while helping individuals live fulfilling lives.
• Develop personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Support health care needs and accompany to routine appointments.
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, budgeting and shopping.
• Provide guidance and emotional support to the people we support.
