Salary: Scale 4 £23,736 - £24,211 Full time equivalent (Please note this role is Term Time Only at 38 weeks - £20,094.04 - £20,496.40) - “Pay award pending”

To be successful in this role you will need to be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and have relevant experience within this field. Are you keen to ensure that learners are prepared for today’s digital world and can access the assistive technologies that will make their learning easier and accessible? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Communication Support Worker to join our ALS team, part of our wide-ranging Learner Services team.

The role may require you to support learners within areas such as construction, motor vehicle and health and social care. To be successful in this role you will need to have had previous experience in the role of Communication Support Worker.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Level 2 Maths and English Qualifications

• BSL Level 1 or higher qualification

• Level 3 qualification or above

• Previous experience as a CSW
