Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being and helping them achieve positive outcomes in life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
  • Record and report observations accurately
  • Promote safeguarding and child protection
  • Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals
  • Overtime and enhanced pay for unsociable hours

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
