Job summary

Medaille Trust is seeking a Modern Slavery Accommodation Support Worker in Swindon to support vulnerable adults who have experienced trauma and exploitation. You will work alongside case workers to maintain a safe temporary environment and to monitor service outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks, plus excellent communication and IT skills for administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable adults, and in residential or community settings with non-UK residents.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day health and safety of accommodation provision.
• Be responsible for safety, risk management and security of service users on shift.
• Administrative duties: maintain systems, records, and statistics for service users.
• Promote best practice in supporting survivors and monitoring service outcomes.
