Job summary

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for its children’s services in Plymouth. The role offers £13.50ph to £14.00ph (DOE) plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

Based in our Plymouth homes, you will provide stable, trauma-informed care to young people aged 7–17, building trust, promoting emotional development and routines while safeguarding and collaborating with a reflective team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people
• Full UK driving licence & access to a car
• Willingness to work a varied rota
