Location: Midlands (reasonable travel required)

Salary: £13 – £14 per hour (dependent on experience) + £60 per sleep-in shift

As a residential support worker, you would be playing a crucial role in shaping the future of children and young people. Supporting independence while managing behaviours within a nurturing environment helps young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive setting.

What You’ll Need:
