Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)

This service supports children with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Key Responsibilities
Provide a caring, safe, and loving home environment for children and young people.
Act as a positive role model, meeting their everyday living needs, including personal care and medication administration.
Engage in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking to create positive experiences.
Encourage and share hobbies and interests to build confidence and joy.
Perform household tasks like cooking and cleaning to maintain a homely atmosphere.
Build trusting relationships and friendships to support emotional and social development.
About You
Full UK Driving Licence.
Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
A caring, positive, and resilient nature with a passion for supporting young people.
Experience in care, youth work, or supporting individuals with disabilities or autism.
Willingness to learn and develop through provided training.
