Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour + £3,000 - £6,000 per annum for sleep-ins
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

Leader Recruitment Group is excited to partner with an established provider of innovative care and education services to recruit compassionate Children's Residential Support Workers for a service in Melton Mowbray. This service supports children with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding care and helping young people lead happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a caring, safe, and loving home environment for children and young people.

Act as a positive role model, meeting their everyday living needs, including personal care and medication administration.

Engage in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking to create positive experiences.

Encourage and share hobbies and interests to build confidence and joy.

Perform household tasks like cooking and cleaning to maintain a homely atmosphere.

Build trusting relationships and friendships to support emotional and social development.

About You

Full UK Driving Licence.

Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.

A caring, positive, and resilient nature with a passion for supporting young people.

Experience in care, youth work, or supporting individuals with disabilities or autism.

Willingness to learn and develop through provided training.
