Compass Community is seeking a responsible Residential Support Worker to help children experience childhood, build self-esteem and support their journey into adulthood.
The role offers a training pathway including two weeks of classroom induction and a 12‑month plan to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, with supervision and development throughout. A valid driving licence is required, and previous experience is welcome but not essential.

Our Skills to Care induction includes 2 separate weeks of classroom-based training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the new role.
You will also be supported to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. This qualification is achievable within a 12-month period, at which point you will be a Level 3 qualified Residential Support Worker, supporting your ongoing development and career progression with Compass.
