Atkinson Secure Children's Home - Exeter

Approximate salary: £33,572 per annum, plus a secure allowance of £888. Sleep-ins are paid at £41 each. Weekend work is expected and is automatically added to your salary, aiming towards a total package of approximately £38,654 plus secure allowance and sleep-in payments.

Atkinson Secure Children's Home provides a secure environment with excellent facilities and is rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED.

We focus on delivering exceptional care by looking beyond behaviors to support young people aged 10-17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties, who have court-secured placements. Our approach involves providing intensive support, intervention, and physical intervention as a last resort, while promoting education, vocational skills, and life skills development.
