Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Hours: FT or Part-Time positions offered - Flexible shift pattern, including early, late, long days
Salary: £12.60 ph, Bank Holidays £13.86 Enhancements for Shift Leader duties (Level 3 NVQ required) + £40 per sleep-in

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be a key part of the care team, providing person-centred support to residents in all aspects of daily life. From promoting independence and wellbeing to supporting personal care and health needs, your work will help people live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.
Promote residents rights, independence, and personal development
Support individuals with daily routines, personal care, medication, and community involvement
Work proactively to encourage residents to try new experiences
Monitor and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
Implement personalised care plans and act as a Keyworker as required
Build strong, professional relationships with residents, their families, and professionals
Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care at all times
Contribute to household routines and maintain a safe, clean environment
A caring, empathetic nature and a genuine desire to support others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
Willingness to undertake training and ongoing development
Additional pay for Shift Leaders (with Level 3 NVQ)
