We are looking for mental health support workers to join us in our brand new home following the success of our fourth home in Merida – we have day shift roles AND night shift roles available!
We are looking for enthusiastic mental health support workers to join our amazing team, building strong relationships and fostering a warm, supportive, and rewarding environment to the children and young people in our care.
No two days are the same in this dynamic and fulfilling role! From planning engaging activities to providing one-on-one support,, each day presents new challenges and opportunities. As a mental health support worker, you’ll need to be adaptable, flexible, and skilled at reading situations to help guide young people towards making positive choices and build their independence.
For this role, whilst experience is preferred it is not necessary – if you have a positive, can-do attitude and the passion to make a real, meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people then this is the perfect role for you!
What We Offer:
Our Shift Patterns:
Our shift patterns are based ona two-week rolling rota:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Day shifts:
8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night Shifts:
8:00PM – 08:30 AM
