Salary:up to £29,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Location:Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire
Contract/Hours:Permanent/Part Time – Offering -24 hour and 22 -hour contracts

A bit about the role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic residential support workers to join our team supporting a young gentleman in his forever home. This role involves providing 4:1 wrap around support, ensuring his safety well-being and development.
The young gentleman who is 19 years old,has transitioned from Ofsted to CQC. He has a very cheeky sense of humour and enjoys interacting with staff he has a passion for music with his tastes ranging from Afrobeats to Pulp. He enjoys being driven in his new car so a driving licence would be beneficial however not essential.
The successful candidate will be confident and be able to build a strong report with him. You will support in all aspects of his daily life including his education which takes place in the home, social activities and personal care.
Due to the location just outside of Aylesbury and the limited public transport options, especially on weekends and bank holidays, it is essential the applicants have their own transport.
We're looking for someone who is engaging, patient and has a good sense of humour to match his own. If you're passionate about making a positive difference in our young person's life and have the skills and experience to meet his complex needs, we encourage you to apply.
