We Change Lives is seeking a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader for Heathside in Warrington on a permanent 25-hour week, on-site contract.

You will lead shifts, support residents with daily care and companionship, and guide the team toward outstanding person-centred care. Join a friendly, mission-driven team dedicated to dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Supervisor
• Have around two years care experience
• Can confidently lead a shift
• Genuinely enjoy helping others develop

• Permanent 25 hours per week
• 3 days on, 3 days off rolling rota

Working Pattern (3-Week Rotating Rota)

Our rota operates on a 3-week cycle as follows:

Week 1

• Wednesday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)

Week 2

• Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Week 3

• Saturday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)
• Sunday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)

£13.31 per hour

Permanent 25 hour contract

3 on / 3 off rolling rota
