Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a Student Experience & Safeguarding Officer at the Cannington campus. The role focuses on safeguarding, wellbeing for residential learners, and mentoring students to achieve personal and academic targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding or student welfare initiatives.
• Ability to triage referrals and provide timely support.
• Experience coordinating residential wellbeing provision.
• Willingness to work a 4-on, 4-off pattern and shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellbeing support for students across the college group.
• Triages referrals and ensures appropriate safeguarding responses.
• Support residential learners with focus on under-18 provision.
• Mentor and support students through targets and progress reviews.
• Signpost to internal services or external agencies as needed.
