Job summary

UCS College Group at Cannington Campus is seeking a Student Experience Officer to lead student-led clubs and activities, working with the Students’ Union to widen access to enriching opportunities for all learners.

The role includes supervising the Students’ Union space, delivering tailored wellbeing mentoring, and supporting residential learners, including under-18 provision, with a focus on developing social and leadership skills for independent living.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate college Student Experience opportunities and EDI initiatives
• Supervise the Students’ Union space to promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide tailored wellbeing mentoring to support individual student needs
• Co-ordinate and monitor the wellbeing of residential learners, with focus on under 18 provision
• Plan and deliver enrichment activities to develop social and leadership skills for independent living
