Job summary

The FR Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a traditional build development in Surrey, UK. This role focuses on the day-to-day management of a residential site, coordinating trades and ensuring on-time delivery against programme.

Applicants should have a residential housebuilding background and ideally experience with PLC or volume housebuilders, with strong NHBC and traditional build knowledge. Salary is up to £70,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• An experienced Site Manager from a residential housebuilding background.
• Experience within a PLC or volume housebuilder is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build and NHBC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress.
• Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.
• Monitor plot progression, resolve issues and keep the wider team informed.
