Zusammenfassung

The Rehab Group is seeking a Residential Services Manager Cat 2 (PIC) for our Listowel Accommodation Service, Tarbet area. The post holder will lead two designated centres, ensuring high-quality, safe, and responsive services in line with HIQA regulations.

The role includes safeguarding, stakeholder relationship management, and coordinating service delivery across the network. It is a fixed-term contract (3 months, 39 hours) with competitive terms and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• An appropriate third level qualification or equivalent (NFQ8) in Health and Social Care management.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• Experience of ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations.
• Demonstrable and operational knowledge of HIQA and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support, including managing complaints.
• Promote continuous improvement and embed national/international best practice across the Group.
• Lead and direct operational staff within services to foster a strong cross-functional team and performance management.
• Ensure quality and safety across services in line with internal and external standards, in collaboration with Quality and Governance.
