Youngs Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead financial management for multiple residential projects in the South East. You will control budgets, forecast costs, and negotiate procurement while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of quality.

The role requires extensive experience in the residential sector, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to drive savings and value across multiple schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cost management and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Monitor project progress and control costs.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
