Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a care team on shift, administer and order medications, and update resident care plans. You will review risk assessments and liaise with GPs and district nurses to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, residential care experience, and strong leadership skills.
