Job summary

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a Penrith-based estate agency to appoint a Residential Sales Negotiator. You will own the sales journey from applicant and vendor relations through to viewings, negotiations and progression, not just passing tasks to others.

You'll manage your own viewings, qualify leads, and drive deals forward with a strong emphasis on commission and targets. Salary includes a £27,500 base with uncapped commissions and an OTE around £38,000+.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience is welcome but not essential.
• Strong sales ability with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Confident qualifying and engaging applicants.
• Comfortable conducting own property viewings.
• Motivated by individual commission, targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant and vendor relationships.
• Qualify applicants and proactively manage sales enquiries.
• Conduct your own property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and drive deals forward.
• Progress sales through to completion.
• Generate market appraisal opportunities from the database.
• Support Branch Manager/Valuer in growing instructions.
• Work with the team to maximise conversion.
• Contribute to sales activity, income and KPIs.

If you're a ResidentialSales Negotiator who wants more ownership of your deals, your earnings and your results, this is a proper 360 role where you'll handle your own viewings, progress your sales and earn uncapped individual commission on the income you generate.

The Package:

• Up to£27,500 basic salary, depending on experience
• Uncapped individual commission
• Commissionon personally generated/completed fee income up to agreed budget(happy to chat through%amount)
• Commissionon personally generated/completed fee income above budget(happy to chat through % amount)
• ExpectedOTE circaup to £38,000+, with genuine scope to earn more
• Contractual hours currentlyMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm, withappropriate timeoff in lieu

The Person:

• Previousestate agency/Sales Negotiator experience desirable, but not essential
• Strong sales ability with a proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confident qualifying and engaging applicants
• Comfortable conducting yourown property viewings
• Motivated by individual commission, targets and KPIs
• Determined, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership
• Ideally able to use yourown car for viewings, although alternatives may be considered for a strong candidate
