Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Sales Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong valuation skills and ability to win instructions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and win property instructions
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Drive branch performance and lead by example
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Negotiate offers and oversee sales through to completion
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and branch targets
• Identify opportunities to increase market share within the local area
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Support, motivate and develop team members where required
• Build the agency's profile and represent the business within the local community
