Connells Group in Bicester is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join its leading estate agency team. You will win new instructions, list properties, and deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships face-to-face and by phone.

The role offers industry-leading training, uncapped commission and clear career progression into senior leadership and specialist services.

Formación

• Experience in estate agency (Lister/Valuer/Agent/Sales Negotiator).
• Target-driven with ability to generate new business.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Win new instructions and list properties for market.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients face-to-face and over the phone.
• Book appointments for in-house Mortgage Advisors.
• Manage sales process and progress to completion.
• Represent Connells Group and maintain brand standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
