Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our Barnard Marcus estate agency team in Croydon. You will be accountable for winning new instructions, listing properties, and providing exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone.

You will build lasting relationships, maximize appointment bookings for Mortgage Advisors, and benefit from industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and uncapped

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience in roles like Lister, Valuer, Sales Negotiator.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
