Keyman Personnel invites applications for an Environmental and Sustainability Manager based in London. This permanent role starts on a temporary basis with the potential to transition to permanent depending on performance.

You will oversee the financial and contractual governance of residential projects, prepare tender documents, monitor costs, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Residential industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adeptness with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, CostX, BuildSoft or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial aspects of residential projects.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other necessary documentation.
• Conduct cost analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that contractual requirements are met.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor claims and variations.
• Report on project financial performance to senior management.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with regulatory and contractual standards.
