Qualifications

• Experience in managing and surveying in the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of current forms of contract.
• Proven track record with stable employment for three years or more.

Responsibilities

• Price all works in line with current market conditions.
• Ensure contracts are financially controlled and meet client requirements.
• Manage target costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reconciliation for Division Manager.
• Undertake site visits in preparation of tenders.
