Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy or client‑side role.
Experience working on housing, public sector, or regeneration projects.
Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge, including JCT and TPC forms of contract.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update cost plans, budgets, and estimates for housing and public sector works.
Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and monthly valuations.
Lead procurement processes, including tender preparation and analysis.
Support contract administration and monitor contract performance.
Provide commercial input during design development and pre‑construction phases.
