THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join the business. As the Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for managing the in-house conveyancing process. You will oversee the day-to-day purchase and sale of residential properties, handling a high volume of transactions efficiently and professionally. Additionally, you will handle more general legal work supporting the business as required.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Solicitor with 5-8 PQE and a solid residential property background, ready to make a career move in-house. You will possess strong technical and commercial understanding of the residential conveyancing process, along with excellent organisational and leadership skills. Individuals with experience in tendering processes for third-party services would be of interest.
