Residential Property Solicitor - Exeter
Excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a commercial Top 100 firm into their successful residential property team. This residential property solicitor will be based in Exeter on a hybrid basis.
Working on a high quality of residential property matters, you will be managing your own caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, buy to let, equity transfers, first registrations, shared ownership, and newbuild property. You will be managing your caseload from instruction to completion.
This residential property solicitor will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years' PQE in residential property. This will be solid experience from a firm of a high calibre.
